Set up in 1984 we are the local group in Bristol for everyone who is interested in promoting organic gardening and organic foods.
Benefits of Membership
· Members receive 3 events sheets a year, with all the details of our own and other forthcoming meetings and events, plus a magazine with gardening tips and articles.
· September to May Programme of monthly meetings on topics such as Permaculture, Herbs, Wildlife gardening, GMO update, current relevant news issues.
· Summer Trips to organic gardens, farms and other places of interest plus what's on in the local area.
· Free advice on relevant organic topics.
· The opportunity to participate in the annual bulk seed order to H.D.R.A. and a seed swap session of members saved seeds (which include Heritage Seeds).
· The chance to meet, exchange ideas or just enjoy the company of likeminded colleagues in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
· Help in the local organic orchard.
Evening Meetings
WHEN? Usually held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm Sept. to May (not January)
