Welcome to the Chipping Sodbury School Greenpower Challenge Web Site.
NEWS FLASH: Chipping Sodbury School are the 2009 Greenpower National Champions! Rotary Racer finally achieved the dream and finished in 1st place against stiff competition. R-PodS SSC also made it onto the podium with a 3rd place. A truly spectacular result for the School. Is the only competion that Chipping Sodbury School are National Champions of???
We like our Motor Sport but we also like our planet, so to indulge both we build Electric racing cars!
We have four electric racing teams and compete in the Greenpower challenge 4 hour endurance races.
We meet every Tuesday evening for 2 hours from 6:15 pm till 8:15 pm "during term time" in the school's design and technology centre.
